Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Scorteus Leather Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing, with merchandise displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
