Job Title: Partner Manager

At Acorn, we're seeking a highly skilled Partner Manager to join our Go To Market Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and expanding our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partnership Development: Identify and onboard new partners that align with Acorn's strategic business goals, focusing on Learning Management Systems (LMS) and corporate training solutions.
  2. Cultivate and Maintain Partnerships: Develop and implement joint business plans with partners, including co-marketing and co-selling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
  3. Account Management: Serve as the primary liaison between Acorn and our partners, ensuring a seamless communication flow and addressing partner needs promptly.
  4. Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with Acorn's business objectives.
  5. Strategic Planning and Execution: Align partnership strategies with the overall goals of Acorn, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3-5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales within the SaaS industry, with a focus on learning management or corporate training software.
  3. Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  4. Strong understanding of SaaS business models, particularly in the LMS and PLMS domains.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  2. Previous experience working with channel partners, resellers, or system integrators in the education or corporate training space.
