Position Overview:

This dynamic and high-impact role focuses on establishing new partnerships and expanding sales within the Commercial Market, particularly in the Greater Montréal area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize innovative sales strategies and product expertise to drive business growth through the comprehensive suite of Rogers wireline, wireless, and Advanced Business Solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new business within the designated territory as well as untapped prospects.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and a strong work ethic to maximize sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop strategic account and relationship management plans to secure insider status and safeguard accounts from competitive threats.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the Greater Montreal market, with strong community connections and a keen interest in networking and corporate relationship building.
  • Serve as the primary contact for accounts regarding the full range of products and services offered by Rogers Communications Inc.
  • Contribute ideas during regular sales meetings and fulfill necessary administrative responsibilities to support your role.
  • Proactively address customer issues and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure business integrity.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably managing Commercial Market accounts.
  • Strong understanding of data networks, Internet, Cloud, and wireless services.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Creative problem-solver focused on meeting customer needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual: Proficient in English for regular communication with clients and team members across provinces.
  • Resident of the Greater Montreal area.
