We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Montréal sales team at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). As a key member of RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM), you will work closely with a District Vice-President (Wholesaler) and Sales Coordinator to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and market trends.
