ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The primary purpose of the Senior Solution Sales Executive is to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. To accomplish this, the executive must develop a comprehensive territory business plan that generates a substantial pipeline of opportunities. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers, developing and executing sales strategies, and positioning SAP's solutions to meet the needs of key decision-makers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive pipeline growth and close deals
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline and close deals
  • Work with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on SAP's solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals
  • Identify and pursue sales cycles based on opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead
  • Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
  • Develop sales best practices to secure repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions
  • Experience selling to CXOs
  • Proven track record in target achievement

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
  • Fluent in French
  • Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
  • Sales product solution knowledge
