We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Ravago Greece Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Achieve profitable revenue growth through robust new business development, sales planning, and execution.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and close deals.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and customer service teams, to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Three years of exposure in B2B, face-to-face sales, preferably in industrial or commodity sales.
- Skills: Complex thinking skills, technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, professional presence, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, team player, good interpersonal and communication skills, and minimal training and oversight required.
