**Job Summary**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Great Foods, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and contributing to the overall success and expansion of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business decisions

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong research skills to be able to generate your own leads
  • Experience in strategic planning and market analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the food industry and trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
