Role Responsibilities

As a People and Culture Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to cultivate a supportive workplace culture. Your expertise will be vital in providing guidance on recruitment, training, development, and employee relations. You will play a key role in ensuring that our team members flourish through effective performance management and strategic support.

Your responsibilities will include working with a diverse portfolio team to identify opportunities for process improvements across multiple Accor properties. You will also assist in the recruitment process, from candidate screening to onboarding, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and regulations. By fostering an inclusive and safe environment, you will help uphold our hotel's high standards and enhance our reputation as a leader in hospitality.

Key Qualifications

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to work effectively with a diverse team
  • Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and deliver projects successfully
  • Confidence in engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in a similar Talent and Culture role is highly regarded
