We are looking for a
- **People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP)** to expand our growing
- **People & Culture Team** Reporting to
- **the Director of P&C, **you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units across the organization. Partnering with Certn Leaders, the PCBP will provide in-depth expertise, advise, and coach on complex HR issues, employee relations, organizational design and effectiveness, and support the development & delivery of P&C programs. The PCBP provides consultative guidance to Certn Leaders to support a high-performance culture.As our People and Culture Business Partner you will
- Provide proactive P&C advice, guidance, coaching and support to a diverse set of business clients.
- Coach leaders to help them strengthen their people leadership skills.
- Partner with P&C colleagues, providing guidance relating to Performance Management, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Career and Succession Planning, Change Management, Talent Management and Planning, Compensation, Development of Culture, and Employee Relations.
- Support the development and delivery of P&C programs and solutions.
- Act as a Change Agent, providing strategic advice, counsel, and consultative solutions to leadership on people management aspects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Certn programs, personnel policies, emerging trends and HR best practices.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to internal programs and processes.
- Participate in or lead fit-for-purpose P&C-related projects.
We are hoping you will bring...
- Certificate in HR Management or relevant Diploma and a recognized HR Designation (SHRM/CPHR/CHRP/CIPD).
- 3 to 5 years’ of global HRBP experience in a high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of Canadian Employment Legislation and basic working knowledge of UK employment experience along with experience working with a globally dispersed team in the UK, Canada, Australia and across the USA.
- Proven ability to develop and analyze metrics, as well as effectively communicate these metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, so people at all levels are comfortable in seeking your counsel on all things P&C related.
- Experience in a high-growth global tech environment, with a knack for supporting people to navigate change and managing multiple priorities.
**The following will be considered an asset**
- A certificate in PROSCI Change Management
- Lean/SixSigma certification
- Experience supporting business units post-acquisition
- Preference will be given to those in the
- **Atlantic or Eastern time zone,** to ensure the effective distribution of support from our Global People and Culture team.-
