Your Role

As a People & Culture Business Partner Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and collaborator to leadership, driving the implementation of strategic initiatives that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with leaders to identify organizational challenges and providing expert guidance to develop effective solutions.
  • Engaging with Centres of Excellence (CoE) to deliver constructive feedback that enhances business unit programs.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to maximize the return on investment (ROI) of people programs.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, presenting diverse perspectives and challenging existing practices to enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Sharing insights and experiences with P&C colleagues to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Supporting M&A activities through due diligence and integration planning related to P&C.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A flexible skill set, capable of creative thinking, effective execution, and collaboration across various teams.
  • Proven experience in identifying and resolving complex business challenges with innovative solutions.
  • A track record of managing multiple complex projects while balancing design and implementation needs.
  • Expertise in guiding leaders with data-driven recommendations to enhance organizational performance and team member engagement.
  • Experience in navigating the evolving landscape of remote work and transformation initiatives.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and a deep understanding of business challenges, resulting in improved team engagement and productivity.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic human resources or leadership role.
  • A relevant university degree.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $88,000 - $132,000

Performance Bonus: 15% of base salary
