In your capacity as a PLM Specialist, you will be instrumental within our Professional Services team. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Collaborating with client teams to establish implementation requirements.
- Educating customers on best practices.
- Documenting requests to ensure a smooth go-live process.
Your extensive experience in technology administration will be vital to the success of our projects, ensuring quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

- Become a subject matter expert in implementation methodology and quality assurance.

- Competitive base salary within the range of $85,000-$135,000, plus bonus eligibility.

To qualify for this position, candidates should consider the following:
- AA or BS degree in Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Systems, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of experience in a software-related technology administration role with a focus on engineering design and principles is essential.
- Familiarity with applications such as PLM (PRO.FILE, Aras Arena, Windchill, Teamcenter, or similar programs) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Mechanical CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Creo, CATIA) or similar software is advantageous.
- General experience in manufacturing, operations, or engineering business processes and practices is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for client engagements.
- A passion for continuous improvement and personal development is essential.
