Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Third Power Training Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering supplies.
  • HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks, such as processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and coordinating benefits.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Technology: Maintain and update our computer systems, including software and hardware, to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other software applications.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
