Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering supplies.
- HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks, such as processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and coordinating benefits.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Technology: Maintain and update our computer systems, including software and hardware, to ensure optimal performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other software applications.
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
