About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Scout Talent Inc. as a key member of our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our operations to ensure seamless execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Design and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
  • Health and Financial Benefits
    • Develop and implement health and financial benefits programs to support employee well-being and retention.
    • Manage and administer benefits programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Other Benefits

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven leadership and management skills.
    • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to design and implement operational processes and systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage and administer benefits programs.
