About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Kal Tire. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in fostering the career growth of your team members, handling hiring, training, and performance management, and enhancing customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative duties such as payables, cash reports, and inventory management.
  • Communicate with team members to resolve problems and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies and plans, and ensure completion of supporting activities to deliver expected outcomes.
  • Operate with confidence and sound judgment under pressure, and prioritize effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in managerial/supervisory roles.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • A high school diploma/GED equivalent and some management training.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs as needed.
