THE TEAM


The Procurement team, a vital part of our Finance department, oversees the lifecycle of contracts and vendors, managing costs and vendor relationships while assisting various departments in planning, sourcing, selecting, managing, and negotiating a wide range of goods and services.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Over 4 years of experience in procurement
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Expertise in strategic sourcing
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
  • Technical proficiency and data analysis skills
  • Understanding of financial reporting
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Workday

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in public procurement
  • Certifications such as CPSM, SCMP, NIGP-CPP, or CPPO

YOUR ROLE


Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Sourcing, the Procurement Operations Supervisor will coordinate daily procurement functions, lead a team of Procurement Coordinators and Technicians, and ensure effective vendor management, contract administration, and cost-efficient procurement strategies. This role involves close collaboration with various teams and stakeholders across the organization to maintain streamlined processes, ensure compliance, and support overall strategic objectives.

WORK ENVIRONMENT


This position is based in a collaborative office environment with the flexibility to work remotely one day a week.
