We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities- Purchase Order Management: Ensure that all purchase order requests are properly completed and approved in a timely manner.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate regular inventories with storeroom personnel and department heads to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide the Financial Controller with a monthly summary of purchasing reports, including spend analysis and supplier performance metrics.
- Capital Project Management: Coordinate capital project purchases with corporate purchasing and outside contractors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Diploma education in a relevant field, such as business or supply chain management.
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience, with at least 1 year at a supervisory level.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as other relevant software applications.
