Procurement Manager

As a CBRE Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing a team of employees, and developing and executing complex sourcing and procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and coach staff.
- Procurement Strategy: Assist clients or departments with the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services.
- Supplier Management: Manage supplier and contractor certification process, conduct periodic visits to supplier work locations, and approve costs related to service providers.
- Business Development: Mentor and educate on contemporary outsourcing practices, manage issues and expectations across various skill sets, locations, and cultures.
- Operational Excellence: Review and select solutions, agreements, and contracts, and ensure they adhere to company standards.
- Leadership: Lead by example, model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, and influence others to adopt a different point of view.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
- Certifications: C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility required.
- Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
