Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to staff and management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general administrative assistance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and data entry.
- Assist with special projects and events, as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
