Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team at Queen Of Hart's Bar and Grill. This position requires a strong leader who can manage staff effectively while ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Prepare budget plans and cost estimates for operations
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team
This role also involves participation in various community programs aimed at supporting:
