Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Supervisor at Zennoodlehouse&sizzler involves overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team to ensure exceptional service and food quality.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.

  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding operations.
  • Compile food order summaries for the chef.
Supervisory Scope

This position will involve supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
