Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing the daily activities within the food service department. This position requires a strong foundation in culinary management and staff supervision.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in food service management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Community Engagement

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is also encouraged to participate in community initiatives that support:
