- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit operational reports
- Compile food order summaries for the kitchen
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team
This position also involves participation in various community programs that support:
- Newcomers and Refugees: Engaging in initiatives that assist newcomers and refugees
