About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Deva Applications Ltd. as a Systems Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing user guides, technical manuals, and other resources.
  • User Training: Provide guidance and training to users on how to use our systems, software, and applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide support for business systems, network, and Internet services, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in networking software, Internet, and desktop applications.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
