About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Equation Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance industry, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the territory.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote services and drive sales.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous sales experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Travel: Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as required.
