Position Overview

Cosentino is seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager for our Distribution Center in Quebec, QC. This role offers the chance to thrive in a dynamic multinational environment, engaging in a variety of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be on strategizing and nurturing relationships with our clientele, ensuring the effective sales and promotion of Cosentino products. Your duties will include:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Cultivating and updating product knowledge to effectively present to clients.

• Promoting and selling company offerings to existing and prospective clients in sectors such as remodeling, home improvement, cabinetry, construction, and fabrication.

• Overseeing overall sales within the designated territory.

Customer Engagement:

• Providing clients with essential marketing materials to support sales efforts, including samples and brochures.

• Managing client relationships by addressing concerns, ensuring proper setup in the CRM system, offering price quotes, and scheduling regular visits.

• Enhancing market presence by increasing the number of displays and promotional materials in the assigned area.

Strategic Planning:

• Developing action plans to identify specific targets and forecast the number of contacts required.

• Collaborating with Cosentino Corporate staff, Cosentino Center personnel, and fellow Account Managers to achieve objectives.

• Partnering with the General Manager and Sales Team to implement business strategies across various customer segments.

Qualifications for Success

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years in sales or field merchandising.

• At least 2 years of demonstrated ability to engage with multiple levels within commercial industry projects.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Familiarity with customer databases, with Salesforce experience preferred.

• Background in stone fabrication or distribution is advantageous.

Educational Background:

• Required: High School diploma or GED.

• Desired: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
