Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Waka Sushi. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff on their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for our staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
