Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bob's Restaurant 2015 Ltd. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Oversee and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service standards are maintained.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction with our service.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Communication and Teamwork

Establish effective communication channels with our chef and other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Personal Qualities

Excellent interpersonal skills, efficient oral communication, and a team player attitude.
