Senior Trade Support Analyst - Investment Operations

We are seeking a Senior Trade Support Analyst to enhance our Investment Operations division. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and facilitate all elements of the Investment Trading process. Your responsibilities will include delivering primary support for trading software, conducting daily cash and asset reconciliations, managing corporate actions, processing trades, and setting up securities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational support and monitoring of trading systems within Investment Operations
  • Deliver primary support for trading and analytical platforms
  • Address and resolve issues related to Investment Operations systems promptly
  • Enhance user experience through continuous improvement
  • Monitor and resolve vendor-related challenges
  • Proactively identify potential obstacles and propose effective solutions
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments
  • Provide second-level support for system processing
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure comprehensive solutions

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Front Office Trade Support
  • In-depth knowledge of trading systems, including Bloomberg AIM and BNY Mellon Nexen
  • Strong understanding of market instruments and trading life cycles
  • Proficient in MS Office and SQL/Oracle queries
  • Familiarity with investment management and Mutual Fund products
  • Technical proficiency and operational effectiveness
  • Client-focused and service-oriented mindset
