Job Description

Velocity Trade is a leading global institutional brokerage firm providing multi-asset execution services to institutional clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Middle Office Specialist Equities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Monitoring: Ensure seamless execution and settlement of equity securities from trade execution to settlement.
  • Trade Support: Complete trade support activities and maintain direct communication with Trading and Sales Desks.
  • Client and Counterparty Management: Establish and maintain direct contact with clients and counterparties.
  • Settlement and Clearing: Settle financial securities in international markets and ensure associated legal documentation is in place.
  • Product and System Implementation: Contribute to the setup, implementation, and introduction of new products and systems.
  • Master Data Management: Manage customer and securities databases.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and streamline existing processes to drive efficiency within the company.
  • Control Development: Work with management to develop enhanced controls in line with new developments on the existing workflow and product offering.
Candidate Profile:
