About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Floor Support Specialist to join our Global Derivatives Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our Derivative Trading & Sales desks across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for trade-related issues, including P&L, risk, and settlement problems.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to resolve complex business issues.
  • Offer day-to-day support to North America business teams, including user training and ad-hoc queries.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and derivative products.
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting and experience with Rest APIs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
