We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team at Trade Compliance Recruiting Solutions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert trade compliance advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trade compliance programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on trade compliance matters to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize compliance risks
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in trade regulations and laws, and provide guidance on how to comply
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade compliance
  • Strong knowledge of trade regulations and laws, including customs and border protection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCS or Broker's License
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Knowledge of ACE/SWI (Canada)
