About the Role:

Fidessa, a leading provider of trading, investment, and information solutions, is seeking a skilled Trading Support Analyst to join its team. As a key member of the Global Service Desk, this role will provide functional support for all customer requests across Fidessa's multi-asset product range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving a high percentage of issues independently and collaborating with specialist groups to ensure fast resolution of complex issues.
  • Conduct regular on-site customer visits to provide product training and support, gathering valuable insights on customer workflows and identifying opportunities to introduce new solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored support and training.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and product developments, applying this knowledge to enhance customer support and training.

Requirements:

  • Basic experience in equities trading operations, including knowledge of equity markets and business flows.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, with a strong focus on information systems, computer science, or engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information succinctly and accurately.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced trading environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Software as a Service platforms.
  • Knowledge of financial software platforms.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking.
