**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operational monitoring of equity securities from execution to settlement, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Completion of trade support activities, including direct communication with trading and sales desks, to facilitate efficient trade processing.
  • Direct contact with clients and counterparties to resolve queries and concerns.
  • Settlement of financial securities in international markets, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Setting up new clients and counterparties, ensuring associated legal documentation is in place to maintain compliance.
  • Contribution to the setup, implementation, and introduction of new products and systems, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Master data management, including customer and securities databases, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Streamlining existing processes to drive efficiency and productivity, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Developing enhanced controls in line with workflow and product improvements, ensuring a secure and compliant environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel and VBA knowledge, to analyze and present data effectively.
