As a Trade Support Specialist at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a critical role in facilitating the Equity trade process. This is a contract opportunity that requires your expertise in trade matching, allocation, and settlement. Key Responsibilities
  • Correspond with clients regarding trade matching, allocation, and settlement of equity trades
  • Oversee trade allocation, including foreign and domestic trades
  • Address client trade matching and settlement issues, including foreign and domestic trades
  • Amend trading issues, including foreign and domestic trades
  • Update and open client accounts
  • Provide operational support for NCIB and ATM programs for corporate clients
  • Process ETF subscriptions and redemptions
  • Develop project management procedures and tools for major activities
  • Determine needs and suggest solutions for administrative improvements in procedures, processes, or systems
  • Identify needs and suggest solutions for customization or alterations of technical tools
  • Collect and analyze information
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Canadian Securities Course or any Canadian Securities Institute Courses (nice-to-have)
  • Proficiency in French (nice-to-have)
