About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager at the London Language Institute Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion of the organization.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people in various areas of responsibility, including business development, marketing, and operations.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and establish objectives for the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong business development and strategic planning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MAC.
