UniFirst Corporation is seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales in your assigned territory.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure new business contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business accounts in your specified territory.
  • Develop sales strategies and maintain high productivity levels.
  • Call on businesses in person to promote UniFirst services.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and oversee new account installations.

Qualifications:

  • Outside business-to-business sales experience preferred.
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and CRM.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
