- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines
- Manage policies and procedures for record release to maintain confidentiality and security
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain budgetary controls to ensure financial accountability
- Compile data and create reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations
- Conduct data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Supervise office administrative procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor and evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Windows to support business operations
- Position: Permanent
- Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
