At Engineering For Kids, we nurture children's natural curiosity towards science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). We engage kids aged 4 to 14 through hands-on engineering activities that spark their interest and encourage exploration. Our offerings include afterschool programs, evening classes, camps, birthday celebrations, and special events that challenge children while making learning enjoyable.

Job Summary:

Are you passionate about inspiring young minds? Join us as we seek a dedicated Lead Teacher to guide our STEM curriculum. We provide a paid training program that equips you with the tools to make learning fun and impactful.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage materials for educational programs
  • Assist the Lead Teacher in preparing necessary supplies
  • Encourage student participation by facilitating warm-up activities and providing individual support
  • Deliver high-quality instruction in Engineering For Kids programs
  • Ensure smooth class operations by monitoring student assessments, managing materials, and aiding in demonstrations
  • Tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of each student
  • Continuously seek to enhance teaching practices through self-reflection and professional development
  • Take initiative to pursue additional training and educational opportunities related to Engineering For Kids
Primary Duties:
  • Support Engineering For Kids classes with professionalism
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor towards students, parents, and colleagues
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of the franchise location, including safety protocols and dress standards
