We are seeking a dedicated Benefits and Payroll Assistant to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish payroll profiles for new employees.
  • Oversee the enrollment and termination processes for employee benefits, ensuring precision and timeliness.
  • Assist employees with group insurance claims.
  • Engage in payroll and benefits reconciliation to maintain data integrity.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits efficiently.
  • Design and conduct training sessions on payroll and benefits for staff.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and resolve any payment discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on various initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or ADP Workforce is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong multitasking abilities while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
