- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a prompt and effective manner.
- Design and conduct training sessions on payroll and benefits for staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.

- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or ADP Workforce is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking abilities while meeting strict deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
