Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete projects.
Key Responsibilities- Concrete Finishing: Direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade, fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, and impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Formwork and Reinforcement: Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Surface Preparation: Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification, and apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work outdoors and be exposed to dust, noise, and wet/damp conditions.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
