Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete projects.
Key Responsibilities- Formwork and Concrete Placement: Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards. Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade.
- Finishing and Smoothing: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish. Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level the top surface according to grade and depth specification.
- Decorative Finishing: Impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools. Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
- Maintenance and Repair: Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces. Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work outdoors and may be exposed to dust, noise, and wet/damp conditions.
Requirements- Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding work requiring handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
