Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and oversee sales targets for Ontario, Quebec, and Eastern Canada.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and business managers to craft a thorough business strategy aimed at achieving budget goals.
  • Partner with Business Managers to devise an effective customer engagement strategy to optimize opportunities across each region.
  • Implement pipeline management to guarantee that sales objectives are fulfilled and all prospects are documented.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM for opportunity tracking and revenue forecasting.
  • Continuously assess all sales initiatives, objectives, and tactics to enhance outcomes.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met efficiently while fostering strong relationships with clients and GPOs.
  • Take responsibility for customer satisfaction across all existing and prospective accounts.
  • Evaluate sales planning, strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes for all business managers.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Canadian Senior Leadership team.
  • Formulate tactics and strategies to establish long-term commitments with key current and prospective clients.
  • Participate in all sales and product-related meetings.
  • Actively contribute as a member of the Sales Leadership team.
  • Expertly handle contract negotiations, utilizing market knowledge to secure new business while ensuring acceptable margin achievement.
  • Gather and analyze sales data and trends to develop strategic market entry initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS, BA) preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales to medical professionals and healthcare institutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a successful sales team.
  • Ability to effectively present the features, advantages, and clinical benefits of products and services, comparing their performance with competitors.
  • Experience in solution-based selling.
