About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Sales to join our team at CC Vodden Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective structure and governance.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting the company's interests.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring effective management and governance.
About the Team

The successful candidate will lead a team of 5-10 people, working in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent oral communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
