About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Sales to join our team at 2840009 Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective team management.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to optimize sales performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient resource allocation and promote business growth.
  • Human Resources: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to create a high-performing team.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior sales or management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
