Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts in Ontario, Quebec, and Eastern Canada. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales teams, and developing strategic business plans to achieve budget targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance Management: Achieve and manage sales quotas for the designated regions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales performance.
  • Business Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with sales leadership and business managers to develop comprehensive business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, GPOs, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term commitments.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Collect and analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic go-to-market initiatives.
  • Contract Negotiations: Skillfully manage contract negotiations, utilizing market knowledge to attain new business while ensuring acceptable margin achievement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling to medical professionals and hospitals.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team, with a strong understanding of sales leadership principles and practices.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to professionally present product features, advantages, and clinical benefits to customers.
