Store Management Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee our team at the Green Roof Gas Bar. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment.
Employment Details- Employment Duration: Permanent
- Working Language: English
- Work Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week
Education: Candidates should possess a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
Work EnvironmentThis role is set within a retail business and specifically at a gas bar.
Key Responsibilities- Delegate tasks to sales staff effectively.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Authorize merchandise returns.
- Create and manage work schedules.
- Engage in merchandise sales.
- Compile reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Maintain organized inventory systems.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
- Handle cash management duties.
Supervision of a team consisting of 3-4 individuals.
Work Conditions- Fast-paced work environment.
