Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee our team at Green Roof Gas Bar. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment to excellence in customer service and team management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
Work Environment

This role is situated in a dynamic retail setting, specifically within a gas bar environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
  • Authorize merchandise returns.
  • Create and manage work schedules.
  • Engage in sales activities.
  • Compile reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
  • Maintain and organize inventory levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
  • Handle cash management duties.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Work Conditions
