Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including buying, merchandising, and replenishment of products.
  • Execute the GT System and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Plan and set up sales events to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Manage store associates, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2 years of leadership experience in a retail or grocery store environment.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong merchandising skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

While performing the duties of this job, you can expect to:

  • Stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
  • Bend, twist, and squat to access stock and merchandise.
  • Lift and/or move up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) of merchandise.
  • Perform tasks involving firm grasping and repetitive hand motions.
  • Reach above shoulder height and below waist level to access stock and merchandise.
  • Operate equipment, including using a ladder.
