Position Overview

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Magic Wok Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for the effective functioning of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise a team of 11-15 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Communication: Manage incoming communications, including telephone calls and electronic inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Documentation: Record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and enforce office procedures and policies to enhance productivity.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that the necessary materials are always available.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Plan and develop strategies for recruiting new staff, contributing to the growth of our team.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of college or CEGEP is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment

This position requires a willingness to relocate and is set within the hospitality industry, specifically in a restaurant setting. The role demands flexibility, with working hours ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week.
